Ziwei Chen is an MA student in Cinema and Media Studies in the University of Southern California. He received his B.A. in International Literary and Visual Studies (ILVS) and Computer Science from Tufts University in 2020. His primary research interests lie in post-socialist China, urban spaces, and media environment, with a focus on the role of media technology in shaping Chinese post-socialist urban spaces. His other interests include world cinema, political cinema, video games, and digital culture.
